Winner of Way Up North Awards 2018

Seeing my colleagues only once every six months is often very lonely and though, and that is why I cherish these few days together so so much.

A few weeks after Way Up North I got an email from one of my new friends, Kristianne from Norway. The email basically read; we are starting a magazine, we want you to contribute to it with some food images - the deadline is in one week. Together with Cakes by Aan Tafel and Michaela from Hey Look we took the challange and collaborated to create a little bit of magic. It’s amazing when you realise what you can create in only a few days- all you need is some great creative friends and a deadline!

Why weddings?

Way up North, Stockholm During the past three days I laughed so much - and - cried my eyes out. I’ve been surrounded with people that do the same thing as I that I’ve never met before. But we still all know what each others go through and can connect. The amazing experience I was here for just ended an hour ago and I am in my hotel room feeling overwhelmed after these three days. I’ve learned so so much and I am trying to take it all in in the best way possible.
